The new Gemstone Collection by Eminence has arrived. Prepare to glow from the inside out with this completely transformative skin care experience. Since we've had some time to experience the collection ourselves we wanted to share all the details on these three new products and how you can incorporate them into your skin care ritual.
Charcoal Exfoliating Gel Cleanser (aka the balancer): This detoxifying cleanser features charcoal, malachite gemstones, peppermint and blue matcha. It provides a nice manual exfoliation and lather while the charcoal absorbs impurities and toxins from pores. The lovely peppermint aroma makes this a refreshing morning cleanse.
Ideal for oily to normal skin types for daily use but this is also a perfect option for a detoxifying cleanse 1-2 times per week for anyone with sensitive to dry skin types.
Turmeric Energizing Treatment (aka the energizer): This brightening treatment features citrine gemstones, turmeric, paprika, zeolite, and kaolin clay. Think of this new treatment as a 3-in-1 flash facial — a stimulant, an exfoliant and a masque. Turmeric is a potent antioxidant that brightens and helps reduce the look of puffiness and the paprika leaves your skin glowing. This product comes in a powder form so dispense about 1 tsp of it into the outer cap and gradually stir in a few drops of water until you achieve a nice fully mousse texture (ideally 4 parts powder/3 parts water). Apply a thin layer to your face, neck and décolleté and let it dry for 10-30 minutes before rinsing off with tepid water. This is a stimulating product so it's normal to feel a warm tingling sensation. If you have a more sensitive skin you can opt for a milder treatment by diluting the product with more water during application.
This treatment can be incorporated in your at home skin care ritual 1-2 times per week and is beneficial for all skin types including dull, congested, and tired.
Camellia Glow Solid Face Oil (aka the nourisher): This deeply hydrating face oil features citrine gemstones, camellia oil, marula oil, and hemp seed oil. This combination leaves your skin feeling hydrated, soft, smooth and supple while targeting the signs of aging. We have found with this oil that a little goes a long way. Melt a small pea sized amount in your palms and massage into skin daily treating your face, neck, and décolleté. Follow with your favorite moisturizer.
This oil is best for normal to dry skin types including dull and fatigued skin.
